MidTenn Hobbies typically uses either FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail for Domestic shipping, and Express Mail® International for International orders.

We reserve the right to choose the carrier.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate requests for preferred shippers on a default or permanent basis. If you prefer a particular shipper, you may enter that information in the remarks section on the bottom of each order you place with us. It wouldn’t hurt to follow up with an email that includes your order number.

Please understand that we will not falsify invoices, customs forms or shipping labels under any circumstances. The customer is responsible for any applicable custom fees, duties or taxes.

Any questions regarding those fees should be directed to your local authorities. Refused packages will affect return credit. Once the order has shipped, please allow the carrier a reasonable time to deliver. MidTenn Hobbies and/or the carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery.

We cannot require a carrier to leave a package without signature or your acceptance, depending on the carrier’s experience. You may contact the carrier for instructions on available options. 

Once the package is delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen merchandise. You may be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item we ship is not the item you ordered.
